Online Payment

Payment is only made via payment cards such as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. When registering card details, you are responsible for providing us with correct contact information, such as e-mail address, name and telephone number. We do not store card numbers, but information about your card is needed to simplify future purchases of our products. The money is immediately transferred from your card to our account. If we are unable to charge you because your card because the period of validity is expired, or coverage for the agreed amount is missing, new trials will be carried out during the next 10 days.


Return

Return cost for unpacked parcel - Should the buyer not pick up the parcel or not be in place at the delivery address on weekdays 9: 00-17.00, New Medic Era AB has the right to charge extra shipping costs in arrears. This also applies to ordered goods returned to New Medic Era AB.


Cancellation of purchase

The purchase cannot be canceled by the buyer, even when the buyer does not pick up the delivery, or refuses to accept the delivery of the ordered goods. The goods will then be returned to the seller's warehouse in Stockholm, where they are available for pick-up by the buyer who also has the right to use his own representative such as DHL or Fed Ex or another freight company to collect the buyer's ordered goods.


Right of complaint / Right of withdrawal

The customer should investigate the goods in connection with the receipt and complain about any errors within a reasonable time. Errors that occur thereafter can be claimed within the warranty period. Otherwise, we refer to the respective manufacturers. In the event of failure of the item, we will refund the return shipping as well as what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided that we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time. A return or complaint number should always be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number are not accepted.

Instructions:

  • This instruction applies to all types of return requests. It is important that you fill in all fields return form.
  • The return number is valid for 14 days and the return must be available within those days.
  • We will contact you via email as soon as your request has been received and verified.
  • Upon return, all products MUST be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
  • Remember to always send the product in outer packaging so as not to damage the original packaging.
  • Pack the goods well to avoid damage.
  • Please attach a copy of the return confirmation in the return and send it to us.

NOTE! Returns sent without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.

Delivery time: Delivery takes place from our warehouse in Stockholm normally everyday after the purchase with DHL for customers in Sweden. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days after purchase for customers abroad. New Medic Era AB will ship within 5 working days of order day.

Delivery address: It is the buyer's obligation to make sure that they can be found at the delivery address, or pick up the shipment at New Medic Era AB's warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding these deliveries and terms of purchase shall be settled in the Swedish court in Stockholm County, Swedish law shall apply.

When you place your order with us, you state your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us.
